Reviewing documents, communicating with the other party, preparing correspondence and exploring early resolution. Everything is handled online, by phone or by email.
Resolution, or a clear next step.
Many matters are significantly advanced, or resolved entirely, within the initial engagement. If more is needed, you'll receive an estimate and the hourly rate before anything else happens.
